Williams was raised by her father who was a Brooklyn firefighter. Later, she was raised by her mother (who lived within Tribeca Manhattan) after the divorce of her parents when she very young. Williams was a student at Chinatown New York High School located in Chelsea as well as Nazareth College, Rochester NY. Angel Williams a manicurist for over 16 years has always set herself apart by her unpretentious approach to nail care and a constant emphasis on healthy nails in color. Based in New York Angel relishes in the detail-oriented nature of her craft making her valuable on editorial and commercial shoots, fashion runways and to her celebrity and private clientele.
