Miley Ray Cyrus was born Destiny Hope Cyrus, was brought up by Tish Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus, and her siblings at Thompson's Station in Tennessee. Cyrus was chosen in 2005 as the star of the Disney TV series Hannah Montana, which is the story of a teenage girl who has a dual life. In this case, Cyrus' father also acted as her. The show was later to become a massive hit. Tours which sold out, and agreements with merchandise companies followed. Cyrus became a teen superstar. Cyrus shifted into new roles after the success and fame that came from Hannah Montana 2006. She appeared as Ronnie Miller, alongside Demi the Mood, as Demi Mood in The Last Song in 2010 and Lola with Demi in LOL in 2012.
